The front doors of this building face away from Tudor road. Come up the steps, through the doors, and the front desk will greet you. Suite 240A is ahead past the desk, left down the hall, and the second door on the right.

No walk in appointments available at this time. Week days first appointment is at 9:30am and last appointments 4:00pm. Weekends are available on a case by case basis.

Mud, Muscle, and Stone is in network with many insurance providers:

and the VA
Others can be billed as out of network.
How to use insurance for massage?
Know your benefits ahead of time. Call the number on the back of your card and ask them if you can get medical massage or manual therapy (code 97140), how many visits are covered, and what your copay will be. Ask them if you need a referral or a prior authorization.
As a courtesy Mud, Muscle, and Stone can gather this information for you, however it will greatly speed the process if you (the patient) have this information before booking your appointment.
Will I need a doctor's referral?
Call the number on the back of your insurance card to see if your plan has referral or prior authorization requirements. If either of those things are true for your insurance plan, then please get a doctor's referral before scheduling your appointment.
